The Chinese have been using Lingzhi as a delicacy for many centuries. It has been used as food and as a material for cooking. It is also used in a variety of ways. It is used in the production of wine and tea. It is used to create dyes and the color that is produced by the dye is used in a variety of ways.
It's not just a pretty face though, lingzhi has been the subject of a plethora of studies, and researchers are discovering that it has some seriously potent effects.
Lingzhi has been shown to decrease inflammation and reduce swelling, such as in the case of arthritis. Not only is it an anti-inflammatory, but it is also a powerful antioxidant. This can help repair damaged cells and tissues. There have been a number of studies that show that lingzhi can be used to treat ulcers, prevent cancer, lower cholesterol and blood pressure, improve heart health, and boost the immune system.
Lingzhi is also useful in combating stress. Therefore, it helps with heart health and can also help boost libido. Lingzhi has been used by the Chinese to treat many different ailments including liver disease, stomach problems, urinary tract conditions, neuralgia, diarrhea, and even chronic fatigue.
How to make Lingzhi tea?
Step 1. Rinse 1 gram (0.035 ounces) of dried lingzhi thoroughly several times with cold water, and set aside.
Step 2. Boil 1.5 liters (6.7 cups) of water in a teapot or saucepan and discard the water.
Step 3. Add 1 gram of lingzhi and pour 1 liter (4.2 cups) of boiling water onto it and cover the lid.
Step 4. Steep for 15 minutes and serve.
Lingzhi tea is so bitter that some people rinse their mouths with cold water after drinking it. Not everyone can drink lingzhi tea directly; some people mix it with other beverages like wine.

How much Lingzhi should be taken daily?
That’s a question that concerns the people who are just beginning to take Lingzhi. The answer is about 1-2 grams of raw Lingzhi or 4-6 grams of dry Lingzhi. Note: You can also take 1-2 grams of raw Lingzhi and 4-6 grams of dry Lingzhi to obtain the same effect.
