What Is Dong Ding Oolong Tea?
Dongding Oolong tea is produced in Fenghuang Village, Yonglong Village, and Zhangya Village (Dongding Alley), Lugu Township, Taiwan. The tea area is about 600-1000 meters above sea level. How To Make Dong Ding Oolong Tea?
Hot brewing method:
Teaware: white porcelain Gai Wan
Capacity: 110 ml
Water temperature: 95 ~ 100 ℃
Amount of tea leaves: 8g of Dong Ding Oolong dry tea
Put 8g of Dong Ding oolong tea into the Gai Wan, and then start to inject water. We choose fixed-point rotary blanking at a 45-degree Angle. This allows the water to rotate around the sides of the bowl. The first tea stuffy tea time varies from about 15s. After each steeping should be delayed for 5 to 20 seconds.
