Baihao Yinzhen is a kind of white tea product made from a single bud of Dabai tea or narcissus tea by withering, drying, and picking.

1. Superclass

2. Level 1

The bud needle is long, the antler hair is slightly thin, uniform and clean; Silver gray color; The fragrance is pure and fragrant; The taste is fresh and mellow, and the taste is clear; Soup color apricot yellow, clear, and bright; The leaf bottom is tender and bright.

 How to identify the quality of Baihao silver needle

Generally, it can be identified from dry tea, soup color, aroma, taste, and leaf bottom.

1. Dry tea

High-quality white hair silver needle, bud head fat, silver hair obvious;

If it is the first round of Baihao silver needle, sharp edge seedlings, the second round of picking is relatively thin and long; Before the Ming Dynasty, the bud head of silver needle was more compact.

In addition, the good Baihao silver needle's new tea color is fresh, if the withering is not enough, the color will be green; If withering excessively, will appear the color dark, and not fresh enough.

2. Aroma

With the extension of aging time, the soup color of the Baihao silver needle appears light yellow, apricot yellow, and dark yellow in turn.

4. Taste

The taste is smooth and mellow.

If withering is not enough, there will be green grass in the taste, bitter taste, and even the bean flavor of green tea.

5. Leaf base

After absorbing water, the leaf bottom of the Baihao silver needle is plump and straight, the appearance is even, and the touch is soft and elastic. The color of the new tea is green and yellowish, and the old tea is dark yellow and brownish.

 How to store white tea

The best way to store white tea is three-layer carton packaging, three-layer packaging of the carton, aluminum bag, and plastic bag.
