1. You can place a tea sample order via the link below. And input your detailed address in the order so we can make sure to ship the sample to you correctly.

2. Also, you can send an email to Info@teasbay.com or Leoteaworld@gmail.com.  Tell us what tea sample you want, and leave us the full address and contact phone number.

Normally samples should not exceed 5 types of Tea at 1st time. Please do not worry, for all valuable customers, we are glad to provide as more as possible.

We usually make each tea sample about 8~10g depends on different tea type. One sample can brew about 1~2 times. If you have any personal requirement, just freely let us know.

Of course, all tea samples are free.

Please kindly notice, that we will ship the tea samples without tracking No. If you want, please pay the registered fees ($3).

We ship out the teas after receiving your order within 3~5 days. Normally the shipping will spend 2-6 weeks. Mostly, you can get the tea in 15 business days because we always use ePacket to deliver.

We also provide expedited shipping for eligible orders (e.g. orders more than $200). If the customer would like to charge the expedited shipping fees after alignment with us. Normally we use EMS as 1st carrier for expedited shipping and 3~7 days delivery time.  Please contact us for a shipping quote if you need it.

If you want to buy some specific Chinese teas that we have not listed yet, please send us a message or email. We will create the product link to make sure you can buy it directly.Mostly we have included all Chinese tea types in our store.

What should I do if I do not like the tea?

If you are not satisfied with any product that you bought from us, you can return it within 3 business days in original condition for a full refund excluding shipping.
