Shipping & Delivery

We uses China Post as our primary carrier. Normally we dispatch the item once receive payment in 3 business day to worldwide. 


Shipping Time
Normally the shipping will spend 2-6 weeks by our free international economy shipping. 


Expedited Shipping
We also provide expedited shipping for eligible order (e.g. order more than $200). Or customer would like to charge the expedited shipping fees after alignment with us. Normally we use EMS as 1st carrier for expedited shipping  and 1~2 weeks delivery time.  Please contact us for a shipping quote if you need.


Tracking Numbers
We provide tracking No. and tracking website for all orders.


Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.


Shipping Damages & Loss
We provide professional package protects for all orders to avoid any shipping damage and loss . Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact us to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution.

Refund & Returns

We guarantee everything we sell as described if any of our tea were misrepresented by us we will refund 100% of your payment. If you are not satisfied with any product that you bought from us, you can return it within three business days in original condition for the full refund excluding shipping. BUY WITH CONFIDENCE. 


    Return Policy


  • Return/Exchange unwanted products within 3 days of receipt. Shipping will not be refunded for returns on unwanted items and exchanged products may be charged a shipping fee. We do not accept returns on any used products. Items must be returned in original packaging and in resale condition.
  • We will send another one (with like product) or refund any defective product within 30 days of customer receipt. Shipping will be reimbursed for the return and change of defective items. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss.


    Return Procedure


  • You will receive confirmation when your return is received and processed. To file a claim send us a picture of the damaged item, with the original packaging, via e-mail within 3 days of the receipt of your item.
  • Returned items must be received and inspected by our inspector prior to reimbursement or shipping the same items.
  • Credits/refunds will be issued in the manner in which they are paid. Regardless of the reason of return (unwanted item or defective/damaged item) please allow 15 days for return processing and refund. All returns must have a Return Authorization to be accepted and processed. If you need to return or exchange products for any reason please contact us. State the order number, product, and reason for the return. We cannot be responsible for items shipped back to us without pre-approval.


Product Availability & Backorders

    We offer a variety of brands and products that are usually in stock and our inventory is replenished each week. Rarely an item may be on temporary or extended backorder from the manufacturer. We make every effort to list on the product page any backorder information that is available. Once you have made your purchase, if an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately. You will be notified if the item is anticipated to take longer than two weeks to be received. You have the option to cancel the backordered items (regardless of wait time) and receive a refund.
