How to Brew Kaihua Longding Tea?
Brewing Kaihua Longding Green Tea is easy, just be sure not to over steep it as this can release too many tannins and make the tea taste more bitter than desired. Generally speaking, a good rule of thumb is to steep for around 1-2 minutes using water that's around 160-180 degrees Fahrenheit. Doing so will produce a cup of tea that has a sweet and grassy flavor with light vegetal notes.
