1. How I can place a sample order ?

A: You have 3 ways to place a sample order.

I . You can send an email to LEOTEAWORLD@GMAIL.COM or RICHUYOUYAO@QQ.COM. State what sample you want, and leave us the full address and contact phone number.

II . Another easy way to place sample order is just make a sample order with link bleow. We setup the price as $0.01 for this listing (please kindly understand "0" price is not allowable for listing )

1. Select your favorite tea type via nevigation bar from our store.

2. Choose your favorite tea in the series.

3. Copy the full tea name then leave as message when you place tea order or send us via the email.

III . You can also fill out the form on page of "CONTACT US" with your name, email, shipping address and tea samples name. Do not forget "SUBMIT FORM".

2. How long can I get the sample ?

A: Normally will take about 7~15 days. We will send you a notification email to you once sample ship out. In general, no tracking information. In case you need tracking No. Please just pay $3 for registered post. Kindly notice please, this is not for tea sample fees. just charged by carrier.

3. How much about the the sample ?

A: We usually make the sample about 8~10g depends on different tea type. One sample can brew about 1~2 times. If you have any personal requirement, just freely let us know.

4. How many samples can I order ?

A: Our purpose is, to provide trial drink before place order, So normally samples should not exceed 3 types at 1st time. Please no worry, for all valueable customers, we are glad to provide as more as possible.
