- Moonlight white(月光白) is also known as moonlight beauty(月光美人). It is said that this tea is picked at night with the light of the bright moon Then, in the backlit room, the ground is covered with bamboo mats made of bamboo strips, and the fresh leaves collected are spread out one by one in the air, so as not to overlap each other and avoid the profit.
- No sunlight can be seen from harvesting to processing. The initial preparation of each batch of tea should be completed within one day. Its name mainly comes from the processing method and the color of dry tea. The dried tea is black on the leaf surface and white on the back. It is black and white. To active the tea's aroma, it is necessary to warm tea, i.e., pour out the boiled water immediately for the first time, which can have 1－2 times. While really starting, about 1 minute the tea soup can be poured into the public cup, and then continue the second. With more times, the time can be prolonged slowly, from 1 minute to a few minutes gradually, which can keep the even density of tea soup. |
