Shipping & Delivery
We use China Post as our primary carrier. Normally we dispatch the item once receive payment in 3 business days worldwide.
Normally the shipping will take 2-6 weeks (14~42 days) with our free international economy shipping. You are eligible for free shipping service when you order >$30. Otherwise, you need to charge $5 for each order <$30.
We also provide expedited shipping for eligible orders (e.g. orders more than $200). Or the customer would like to charge the expedited shipping fees after alignment with us.
Normally we use EMS as 1st carrier for expedited shipping and 1~2 weeks delivery time. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you need one.
We provide tracking No. and tracking website for all orders.
Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping, and handling of your item(s). You must pay for any additional charges incurred at customs clearance.
Shipping Damages & Loss
We provide professional package protection for all orders to avoid any shipping damage and loss. Customers are given the option to receive an exact item or a refund. Inspect all orders immediately upon arrival. Within 72 hours of receipt, report any damages to us. If it has been over 40 days since your order date and it has not been received, contact us to investigate the location of your order. While we will work quickly to locate, send another one, or refund your purchase, please allow up to 15 days for resolution.
