Jin Jun Mei black tea is one kind of Lapsang Souchong black tea. Originating in Fujian Wuyi shan city paulownia village. Innovited by the 24th inheritance generation of lapsang souchong Mr. Jiang. Lead the team based on traditional craft through innovative fusion in 2005 to develop new varieties of black tea, that is Jin jun mei.
This tea is rare and expensive because all are handmade by the tea master, Jin jun mei needs tens of thousands of tea per 500 g fresh shoot tips, picked from the mountain in the Wuyi rock nature preserve with original small kind of fresh buds. And then through a series of complex wilting, and wave processing steps such as green, fermentation, rolling, and being able to complete. Jin jun mei is a rare treasure in tea, its tiny close appearance, accompanied by the golden fleece tea, and soup golden, is very good tasting.

How To Make Jin Jun Mei Black Tea?

Step 1 . Scoop 1 teaspoon of about 2~4 g of Jin Jun Mei loose tea and threw it into a Glass Tea Cup (or Gai Wan) of about 150-200ml.

Step 2. Pour water at a temperature of 90–95 °C.

Step 3 . Brew for about 3-6 minutes then serve. It’s better to preheat the teapot and cups before brewing this tea.
